My career hasn't followed a singular trajectory. I've taught English in Colombia, produced events for global brands, organized international student programs, and helped startups scale by onboarding and training global teams.Throughout it all, I've held on to the unshakable belief that learning truly has the power to change lives, just like it's changed mine.
I bring a unique mix of intercultural communication, strategic thinking, and empathetic leadership.

My story begins in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Shortly after I was born, Yugoslavia collapsed and my city became the epicenter of the brutal civil war. My family fled and although I was too young to remember much, those early moments defined my worldview and fostered a certain awareness of the human condition.
Like many refugees, education became my saving grace and the one thing that could never be taken away for me. My MA in International Training and Education and my Executive MBA equipped me with the theoretical knowledge needed to flourish in my career, but I've found life to be my greatest teacher.
During the pandemic, I saw how unprepared companies were at managing remote teams. Most learning and enablement focused on archaic ways of teaching that did not cater to our globalized and increasingly online world. I became fascinated with the intersection of technology and education and realized that technology, when used effectively could help bridge that gap. My innate curiosity led me into EdTech, where I've had the pleasure of managing global teams for innovative startups that are committed to transforming how we learn.
My story
"When people feel supported, they’re willing to go the extra mile."
Let's bridge learning and performance together.
